Return and Refund Policy

We sell digital music downloads, including MP3 and WAV audio files. No physical goods are shipped.

Digital downloads are generally final and non-refundable once access to the digital file has been provided or the download has started, except where required by applicable law.

For consumers in the European Union, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may apply. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost if, before the digital content is made available, the customer expressly agrees that the digital content will be provided before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledges that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal, and such consent and acknowledgment are confirmed where required by law.

Where such consent, acknowledgment and any required confirmation have been obtained before the digital content is made available, returns of digital files and refunds are generally excluded once access to the digital file has been provided or the download has started, to the extent permitted by law.

If a file is defective, cannot be downloaded, or the wrong file was provided, please contact us at: innerlotusmusicstore@gmail.com. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download, resend the download link, or issue a refund.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
