Return and Refund Policy

We sell digital music downloads, including MP3 and WAV files. No physical goods are shipped.

Consumers in the European Union may generally have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 days. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire if the customer expressly agrees that the provision of the digital content begins before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal, where legally permitted.

Once the download or access to the digital file has been provided and the required consent/acknowledgement has been obtained, returns of digital files and refunds are generally excluded, to the extent permitted by law.

If a file is defective, cannot be downloaded, or the wrong item was provided, please contact us at: innerlotusmusicstore@gmail.com. We will review the case and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download or a refund.

This policy does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
